What is the delivery delay ?
The delivery of your order comes as soon as the payment is validated by the financial organization. Once the payment has been validated, the delivery of a server usually takes place in the minute, regardless of the time of day or night!
When my server is backup up?
Your game server is backup up every 6 hours and at every shutdown. Those saves are kept for 1 year after the expiration of the contract, so you can restore your datas in 1-click anytime you want.
Is it possible to change offer?
At mTxServ, we only use high-quality hardware and everything is designed for simplicity.
What method of payment are available ?
You can pay directly with Credit Card, Paypal, and Tokens. Tokens (virtual money specific to our website) can be credited with Credit Card, Paypal, PaySafeCard and mobile call/texts.
