How to configure sv_setsteamaccount

In this tutorial we will see how to configure the sv_setsteamaccount. 

/!\ A token is a unique authentication token. It can only be used for a server and must never be written and should never be given to anyone. To be allow to generate an token, please make sure that you have put a phone number on your steam account: check it!

  1. Go to the following page: manage gameservers
  2. Log in on STEAM if this is not already done
  3. In App ID field, enter the code for your game:
    GMod : 4000
    TF2 : 440
    CSGO : 730
  4. Click Create.
  5. Copy the generated token.
  6. Open the control panel of your server
  7. Go to Configuration.
  8. In STEAM Account, add the generated token and save it.
  9. Reboot your game server.
