Change your PHP version on your Free Web Hosting
You probably started a Game Server and decided to create your own website in order to open a shop for example, good! Now, you want to install a pre-made solution like WordPress but you need another PHP version to do so.
PHP versions available
You can install the following versions:
- 7.0
- 7.1
- 7.2
- 7.3
- 7.4
- 8.0
- 8.1
- 8.2
- 8.3
How to change the version
To change it, go to the WebFTP section on the right side of your dashboard.
Open the php_version file. By default, you will find the 7.3 version. Replace it by the one you want (available in the previous section) and the modifications will be made automatically in a minute.
/!\ Warning: For the web hosting created before November 26th 2021, you have to rename php_version as php_version.conf otherwise, the version won't be changed! /!\
