Our team does its best to provide the best possible service. Performances, reliability and ease to use, everything is done to help players to focus on... the game!
However, we understand that subscribing to a new service may not be what you expected, that's why we offer you the possibility to ask for a cancellation of the service and a full refund (under specific conditions).

Refund conditions

A customer may request a refund under several conditions:

  • this is a new order of a product/service (no refund possible for renewals)
  • tokens ordered using PaySafeCard or mobile code (Mobiyo) cannot be refunded
  • the request for your refund is made no later than 24 hours after your service has been delivered
  • no expired server restore action has been performed on the gameserver affected by the refund request
  • the service is not a VPS
  • the customer has not been refunded in the last 6 months

The refund, if granted, will be made on the same payment method used to pay the order of the concerned service (Credit Card, PayPal or Tokens).

Refund delays

Treating a refund request can take some time according to the payment methods used. We do our best to process them as fast as possible, we are committed to send the refunds within a week.

Data deletion

Cancellation and refund of a service results in a total data deletion, including backups. mTxServ won't be held responsible for any loss of data resulting from this request.
The customer is responsible of saving all of his data before requesting a refund.

Refund request

If you ensured that your service meets the conditions previously mentioned, you may open a support ticket to send your request.

Please specify in your ticket:

  • the concerned service (server's address, type, name, etc)
  • the payment method used
  • the reason for the refund request
