What is the delivery delay ?
The delivery of your order comes as soon as the payment is validated by the financial organization. Once the payment has been validated, the delivery of a server usually takes place in the minute, regardless of the time of day or night!
What kind of hardware do you use ?
We’re using last generation hardware for our game hosting servers. We’re using MD Ryzen 3800X @ 4.5GHz processors, ECC 2666MHz DDR.4 RAM, NVMe drives, and a low-latency 1 Gb/s network protected by DDoS L7.
Where are located your servers?
Our game servers are located in many countries around the world. In Europe, our datacenters are located in France, United Kingdom, Germany and Poland. For North America, we have datacenters on the East and the West side, and also in Canada.
When my server is backup up?
Your game server is backup up every 6 hours and at every shutdown. Those saves are kept for 1 year after the expiration of the contract, so you can restore your datas in 1-click anytime you want.
Is it possible to change offer?
At mTxServ, we only use high-quality hardware and everything is designed for simplicity.
What method of payment are available ?
You can pay directly with Credit Card, Paypal, and Tokens. Tokens (virtual money specific to our website) can be credited with Credit Card, Paypal, PaySafeCard and mobile call/texts. Credit your tokens, share them with other members, and easily pay your services! The payout rates of tokens may vary depending on the method of payment chosen.
