How to direct connect to a Palworld server
Connecting through an IP address
If you want to connect to a specific server, such as the one you've rented from mTxServ, you'll need its direct address. You can retrieve its address from your dashboard:
All that's left to do is open the game and click on the `Join a multiplayer game button. At the bottom of this new screen, you can enter the address of the server you wish to join:
If the server you wish to join is password-protected, don't forget to check the Enter password
box before clicking on the connect
button! In this case, a final window will open, asking you to enter the password provided by the server owner.
Connecting through the community server list
When you enter the server list, you'll first be taken to the list of official Palworld public servers. If all you want to do is play, without worrying about who you're playing with, you can join any of them.
But perhaps you'd like to join servers with French, English or Spanish-speaking players, or even servers with specific rules, for example. In this case, you'd be better advised to go to the list of community servers, accessible on the left of the screen via the Community Servers
button. Be careful, as these are third-party servers and Palworld's developer rules may no longer apply.
Look at the name of the servers and choose one that suits your needs, then click on it and choose Yes
when a new window opens to connect to it. If you need to, there's a search box at the top for keywords like RP
or mTxServ
. Don't worry about finding it later - it'll be available in the Recent Servers section, so you can easily connect to it whenever you want.
