How to install Infistar

In this tutorial, we will see how to install Infistar on your Arma3 server. Infistar delivers an unique admin tool with more than 50 features. You can e.g. spawn vehicles, control players, spawn buildings or administrate your server. You can visit the site of the developpers of the anti cheat here

Instructions

  1. Download Infistar on the official website.
  2. Unzip the downloaded zip file and go to infiSTAR.de_A3\SERVER_ARMA3_FOLDER\@infiSTAR_A3\addons\a3_infiSTAR
  3. Open the file named infiSTAR_config.sqf and add your ARMA ID profile.
  4. On line 36, enter your mod (e.g. AltisLife for altislife)
  5. Check that your serverCommandPassword = "passwordhere"; matches with your server admin password.
  6. Go to infiSTAR.de_A3\SERVER_ARMA3_FOLDER\@infiSTAR_A3\addons and compress the a3_infistar din order to have a3_infiSTAR.pbo with pbo manager available on the bohemia website or on steam in the software "Arma 3 Tool " .
  7. Copy @infiSTAR_A3 in the root of the server via FTP.
  8. The HPP file infiSTAR_AdminMenu.hpp and the fsm file call.fsm are present in infiSTAR.de_A3\MPMission. You have to copy them in your mission file (exile,life,ect..).
  9. Edit your description.ext in your mission file and add after the first # this line #include "infiSTAR_AdminMenu.hpp".
  10. Go to the mods section of your mTxServ management panel and add nfistar_a3 (without the "").
  11. Copy infiSTAR.de_A3\VOTREMISSION(life,exile,ect..)_BattleEye_Filters into your battleye file on your server.
  12. Start your server.

To open the Infistar admin menu, press the F1 key.
